SAP Digital Procurement & Source-to-Pay Specialist (Ariba & Coupa)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to lead digital procurement initiatives in New Zealand. Based on‑site in Wellington (or Auckland), you will design, configure and deploy SAP Ariba and Coupa solutions, integrating them with client ERP landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for SAP Ariba and other digital procurement platforms.
• Capture requirements, design solutions and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Manage testing, deployment, post‑implementation support and project close‑out.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones, budget and timeline compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, providing effective resolutions.
• Serve as primary liaison for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (procurement, finance, technology) across multiple organisational levels.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in digital procurement or Source‑to‑Pay implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
