Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group is seeking a senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for large Australian and New Zealand clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, multi‑cloud architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client‑facing workshops and discovery sessions to capture business requirements.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Present solution roadmaps, designs, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Delivery Leads to guide implementation and guarantee performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to solution governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or senior functional roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities across multiple clouds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, discovery, and solution‑shaping activities.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction.
• Track record of delivering complex, large‑scale Salesforce projects.
