Salesforce Senior Consultant (Wellington)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant to join its Wellington team. You will design and deliver innovative, large‑scale Salesforce solutions that help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, leveraging expertise in Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, lead discovery workshops and training sessions.
• Configure, customise, test and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions using both on‑shore and off‑shore resources.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, enhancements and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build future roadmaps and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant delivering full‑lifecycle projects.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex problems into functional documentation.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and offshore teams.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
