Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant / Manager

About the role

As a Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant / Manager you will join Deloitte's Wellington team to lead large‑scale Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with clients to design, configure and deliver innovative digital solutions that align with their strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects across Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, run discovery workshops and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure, customise, test and deploy solutions using declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with on‑shore and offshore teams to ensure consistent delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, change management and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience building and motivating teams.
• Strong business analysis skills and the ability to produce clear functional documentation.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, on‑shore/off‑shore delivery models.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) – configuration and design.
