Salesforce Developer (Permanent)

About the role

Les Mills is looking for a permanent Salesforce Developer to join its global Salesforce team. You will work across Sales, Service, Revenue and Experience Clouds, supporting over 350 users worldwide and helping deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business outcomes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional roles, business analysts and delivery team members to design and build scalable features.
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform, providing day‑to‑day operational support, minor enhancements and technical debt reduction.
• Perform peer code reviews and use coding assistance tools to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to team culture by championing best practices and delivering excellent system experiences across Les Mills platforms.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform using both code and declarative tools.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively under tight timelines.
• Self‑starter with a passion for delivering high‑quality, maintainable software.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with Salesforce capabilities across its clouds.
• Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Integration experience with external systems and middleware platforms.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer credential.
• Desirable: experience with Salesforce CPQ, AWS development, and integration platforms.
