About the role
This hands‑on Sales Support position sits at the heart of The Better Packaging Co’s sales team in Auckland CBD. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a high‑impact role that blends customer assistance with proactive opportunity management.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder to coordinate sales activities and follow‑up on leads.
- Support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their questions are answered promptly.
- Monitor sales pipelines to guarantee that opportunities never fall through the cracks.
- Provide variety by handling administrative tasks, data entry, and ad‑hoc projects that contribute to overall sales performance.
