Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a capable and organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our Business Development team at our Penrose, Auckland office. The role ensures sales activities are well‑coordinated, accurate and progress smoothly, providing essential support to managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Managers with daily coordination tasks.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and client‑facing documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate client communications, schedule meetings and follow‑ups.
• Support reporting and tracking of sales activity.
• Ensure processes are consistent, organised and efficient.
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and ways of working.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, administration or a coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
