Sales Specialist – Agricultural Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Claas Harvest Centre team in Rotorua. You will promote and sell a range of premium agricultural machinery, building lasting relationships with farmers and contractors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for CLAAS and AMAZONE equipment.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships with farmers, contractors and dealers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Established long‑term relationships with farmers and contractors in the Rotorua region.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for agriculture.
• Ability to work independently while upholding company values of teamwork and integrity.

Required skills

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
