Sales Representative

About the role
As a Sales Representative you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – for partners who want to join Too Good To Go and help fight food waste. You will combine field‑based visits with outbound outreach across phone, email, SMS and social media to inspire stores to become partners.
Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for SMB retailers and store chains, managing the entire sales process.
- Visit potential partners in‑person 2‑3 days a week and conduct remote outreach to qualify opportunities.
- Prioritise leads from a provided longlist, plan weekly activities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Apply the SNAP sales methodology to engage diverse businesses.
- Guide partners through registration, onboarding and handover to the Growth team.
- Track opportunities and progress in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience from day one.
Required profile
- Motivated, resilient and curious mindset with a passion for turning challenges into opportunities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and highly organised.
- Enjoys fast‑paced environments and thrives on meeting targets.
- Experience in sales, customer‑facing roles or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
