About the role

Join Michael Hill Hamilton as a full‑time Sales Professional, delivering exceptional jewellery experiences to customers. You will work 35 hours per week in a vibrant store environment, using your passion for sales to meet targets and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and handle after‑sales service.
• Participate in the 12‑week Stepping Stones onboarding program to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required profile

• Outgoing, people‑focused individual who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.
• Confident communicator with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to work evenings, Sundays and public holidays as needed.
