Sales & Marketing Coordinator – New Zealand

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports Moët Hennessy New Zealand’s sales and marketing teams, the ANZ brand teams and the General Manager. You will ensure smooth office operations, deliver high‑quality promotional assets, and help execute brand initiatives that drive growth for the business, customers and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the GM and NZ team, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, office supplies, vendor management and employee onboarding.
• Prepare artwork, promotional materials, sales presentations, trade offers and reporting within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Process stock orders, free‑of‑charge requests, stock transfers and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support brand programs, trade activations, VAP orders and agency coordination; assist with A&P budget administration and spend tracking.
• Manage POSM ordering, distribution, inventory and logistics, ensuring cost‑effective stock management.
• Coordinate winemaker visits, maintain Salesforce data and support account activation processes.
