Sales Manager - ANZ

About the role

Botsync is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development across Australia and New Zealand. This is the company’s first dedicated in‑market sales hire in Australia, focused on enterprise‑level deals in industrial automation and intralogistics.

Key responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and own the ANZ revenue target of SGD 2 million for FY2026.
• Identify, qualify and close enterprise accounts in FMCG, automotive, pharmaceutical and logistics verticals.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities, from discovery and site visits to proposal, negotiation and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Singapore‑based solution engineering and pre‑sales teams to craft technically accurate proposals.
• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals lasting 6‑18 months, involving operations, procurement, IT and finance.
• Activate and deepen relationships with the ANZ partner network, conduct pipeline reviews and support co‑marketing activities.
• Represent Botsync at trade events and build brand presence within the Australian industrial automation community.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, apply MEDDPICC qualification, and provide regular forecasts to leadership.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, AMR/AGV, warehouse automation or materials handling.
• Proven track record of hunting, developing and closing complex enterprise deals with large manufacturers or logistics operators.
• Established relationships with Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, Plant Managers and Automation Heads in Australia.
• Deep understanding of Australian manufacturing and logistics procurement processes and capital‑expenditure approvals.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles across operations, procurement, IT, finance and engineering.
