Sales & Events Executive

About the role

The Sales & Events Executive will drive revenue through proactive sales, reservations, and flawless event execution for a Radisson hotel. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s bold and authentic tone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and reservations enquiries, proposals, contracts and maintain accurate client records in SAP Sales Cloud.
• Coordinate event bookings from confirmation to post‑event follow‑up, preparing orders, BEOs and operational documentation.
• Liaise with Operations, Food & Beverage, Front Office and Kitchen teams to guarantee seamless event delivery.
• Utilise Opera Cloud and Opera Sales & Catering for group reservations, rooming lists and guest management.
• Handle event billing, deposits and final account reconciliation while ensuring brand standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, agencies and event organisers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve budgeted events and room revenue, ADR and RevPAR targets.
• Consistently high guest satisfaction scores and 100% accuracy in reservation data.
• Strong upsell conversion and ability to meet brand‑standard response times.
• Effective collaboration with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Finance and Revenue teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Cloud and Opera Sales & Catering systems.
• Experience using SAP Sales Cloud for sales activity tracking.
• Solid understanding of PMS and booking system functionalities.
