Sales Development Representative – Partner Program

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for new partners, representing the Xero brand and introducing accountants and bookkeepers to our Partner Program. You will help small businesses become more efficient by delivering a strong first experience with our technology.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a presence in a new vertical through targeted outbound sourcing.
• Qualify a high volume of inbound leads and introduce them to Xero’s partner products.
• Maintain and update prospecting records in Salesforce to support data analysis.
• Support the sales team by coordinating and executing sales‑led events.
