Sales Consultant – Premium Motorhomes

About the role

Wilderness Motorhomes is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Christchurch team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on consultative selling of premium German motorhomes, allowing you to work with discerning buyers without the pressure of scripted volume sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential customers using a consultative approach, understanding their travel needs and matching them with the right motorhome.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the family‑owned business team to promote the brand and its values.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline without reliance on commission incentives.
• Passion for motorhomes and the travel lifestyle.
