Sales Consultant – Luxury EV Dealership

About the role

Harmony Auto is expanding its Denza brand in New Zealand and is looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join the showroom team. You will help customers discover and purchase high‑end electric vehicles while delivering a premium, seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage visitors on the showroom floor, providing detailed information and live demonstrations of the EV range.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
• Assess customer needs and budgets to recommend suitable models, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Stay informed on new models and industry trends to enrich interactions.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, documentation, and financing coordination.
• Deliver exceptional post‑sale service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and actively participate in meetings and training.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and provide thorough orientation on operation and maintenance.
• Maintain showroom organization, collaborate with finance and service departments, and share customer insights.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• Experience in car sales is preferred, but passion and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiasm for technology, sustainability, and electric vehicles.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a 5‑day work week.
