About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our family‑run mattress service business in Queenstown. You will be the front‑line representative, promoting our range of mattresses and delivering a high standard of follow‑up service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers in‑store and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable mattress solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up with clients after purchase to ensure product satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Contribute to achieving the branch’s sales targets and support nationwide business goals.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with a passion for sales.
- Exceptional sales ability and strong follow‑up customer service skills.
