Sales Cadet / Brand Ambassador – Wellington

About the role

Powerpac is looking for an energetic Sales Cadet / Brand Ambassador to join its Wellington team. This relationship‑focused position involves meeting customers on construction sites across the Greater Wellington region, building genuine connections without cold‑calling or hard‑selling. No prior sales experience is required – enthusiasm and a love for people are key.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites and customer locations throughout Wellington.
• Introduce Powerpac’s product range and services in a friendly, informative manner.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management team.
• Represent the company at on‑site events and meetings.

Required profile

• NZ resident or citizen.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently on the road.
• Willingness to learn about the construction industry and Powerpac’s product line.
