Sales and Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Account Manager to promote and sell Langdon’s full range of pantry ingredients to B2B customers across New Zealand. You will manage existing accounts, grow revenue, and identify new market opportunities while working from our Ellerslie office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.
• Maximise sales, gross profit and volume across defined industry groups.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop demand plans and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Provide regular reporting, market insights and intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the food industry.
• Track record of growing revenue from existing and new customers.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills.
• Effective negotiation and results‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
