Sales and Account Coordinator

About the role

This hybrid Sales & Account Support role reports to the Head of Sales and assists the wider sales team with day‑to‑day operations, sales administration, account support and field merchandising. Approximately 20% of the time is spent on the road across Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with admin tasks, inbox management and resolving store orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and stores.
• Execute merchandising standards in‑store, including product placement and stock checks.
• Assist with promotions, tastings and new product launches.
• Prepare reports, analyse sales data and communicate insights to the team.
• Help with forecasting and support the supply‑chain team on stock and demand.
• Support events and food shows as required.

Required profile

• Proactive, confident and agile individual with FMCG experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers and buyers.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, small team.
• 1–2 years of FMCG experience, ideally in sales, key accounts or logistics.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence.
