Sales Account Manager (Technology Solutions)

About the role

iT360 Ltd is seeking a full‑time Sales Account Manager to join our hybrid team in Auckland. You will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of client accounts, helping them maximise the value of cloud, cyber security and digital technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities within those accounts and generate fresh leads.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation and presentations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored technology solutions.
• Ensure a smooth handover to service delivery and monitor post‑sale satisfaction.
• Regularly review account performance, address issues, and drive retention.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience with multiple B2B client relationships.
• Strong track record in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in customer service and building long‑term partnerships.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or equivalent experience.
