Rural Sales Representative

About the role

Are you passionate about agriculture, animal health and helping farmers succeed? We’re looking for a commercially minded Rural Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth across our rural clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Grow rural product sales through proactive client engagement and farm visits.
• Coach and support clinic teams to build confidence in animal health products and commercial conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key farming clients.
• Work alongside Branch Managers to identify sales opportunities and develop local sales strategies.
• Support seasonal marketing campaigns, field days, client events and community initiatives.
• Provide sales reporting and commercial insights to support business decisions.
• Work with clinic teams to optimise inventory, merchandising and product availability.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with people as much as products.
• Understand farming, are commercially minded and love helping others succeed.
• Passionate about agriculture and animal health.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to influence, coach and support others.
• Hold a current full driver’s licence.
