Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant you will join the Mövenpick Housekeeping team in Auckland’s CBD, ensuring every guest‑room and public area meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your work creates a welcoming environment that reflects Swiss hospitality and modern elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform allocated general cleaning duties across rooms and public spaces.
• Clean and service rooms to brand standards, paying close attention to detail.
• Replenish guest supplies, amenities and promotional material according to room type.
• Maintain high‑level room cleanliness for each arriving guest.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to guests at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn; talent is valued above formal qualifications.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and energetic for an active, hands‑on role.
• Keen eye for detail and passion for quality presentation.
• Ability to work a rotational roster, including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
