Roofing Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Roofing Technician to join our team at Endeavour Property Services. The role involves hands‑on roofing work, supporting the crew on various projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair and maintenance of roof structures.
• Prepare work sites, including measuring, cutting and handling roofing materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.
• Ability to learn on the job and follow guidance from senior staff.
• Ideally around two years of experience in roofing or related construction work, though we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
