Risk Infrastructure Manager – Wholesale Lending Origination

About the role

As the Risk Infrastructure Manager for the Wholesale Lending Origination program, you will support the transformation of credit and lending processes for Business & Agri customers, ensuring operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across the lending ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transformation of lending and credit processes to improve outcomes for customers and bankers.
• Enhance risk systems, decisioning capabilities and data to enable efficient lending decisions.
• Translate business requirements into practical process and technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery excellence and data integrity across project and BAU activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities to support informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology and Risk stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, regulatory and policy requirements.

Required profile

• Experience working with credit risk data, decisioning systems and risk infrastructure platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets.
