Retirement Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Retirement Coach to help New Zealanders feel confident and prepared for retirement. You will work across KiwiSaver, investments and retirement planning, providing expert analysis and empathetic guidance. The role is full‑time and hybrid, based in Auckland CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through retirement financial decisions, including KiwiSaver contributions and investment options.
• Develop personalized retirement plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure clients stay on track for a secure retirement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with New Zealand retirement legislation and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of KiwiSaver rules and retirement planning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse financial data and present clear recommendations.
• Professional, empathetic approach to client coaching.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
