About the role
The Retail Training Manager will develop and deliver training programs for HONOR retail sales teams across New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Design training curricula tailored to HONOR retail operations.
- Deliver classroom and on‑site training sessions to sales staff.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail training or similar instructional roles.
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Auckland CBD.
