Retail Sales Assistant (UGG Store)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the newly opened UGG store in Queenstown. You will work closely with the Management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist the Management team in achieving sales targets and store performance goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage stock replenishment.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product trends.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic retail environment.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent listening skills and openness to constructive feedback.
• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
