Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Assist the management team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer enquiries.
• Provide feedback to improve store operations and product presentation.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture and footwear trends.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends and Monday‑Wednesday daytime shifts.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket customer service.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
