Retail Sales Assistant – Shoes & Streetwear

About the role

Join the Skechers team at Tower Junction and help customers discover comfortable, stylish footwear. As a Sales Assistant you will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional service and supporting the brand’s reputation for quality and fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and advise shoppers on product features.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Process large volumes of stock, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching online orders.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping and cleaning.
• Uphold a positive, can‑do attitude to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
