About the role

As a Retail Consultant at Aesop, you will create an inclusive and engaging environment for customers, guiding them to products that meet their needs while contributing to the store’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and create an inclusive, engaging environment.
• Listen to customer needs and guide them to appropriate Aesop products.
• Demonstrate product benefits and address skin‑care, hair‑care, body‑care and fragrance queries.
• Drive commercial outcomes by achieving sales targets and promoting product knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation standards and support team initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or retail environment.
• Proven selling ability and focus on commercial results.
• Team player with a history of contributing positively to group goals.
• Empathetic communication style that fosters inclusive experiences.
• Open mindset, curiosity and willingness to consider diverse perspectives.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
