Retail Consultant – Casual Opportunities in Auckland

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Consultants to join Aesop’s Auckland stores on a casual, on‑site basis. In this role you will welcome customers, listen to their needs and guide them to the right skincare, hair‑care and fragrance products, creating an inclusive and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Demonstrate product benefits and recommend solutions that match individual needs.
• Drive sales and meet commercial targets through effective selling techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Contribute to store visual standards and product knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or retail setting.
• Proven ability to sell and achieve commercial outcomes.
• Team‑player with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Open mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn about skincare and related categories.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to handle diverse customer perspectives.
