Retail Assistant – Replenishment

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment. You will be the friendly face that helps customers find what they need while keeping shelves stocked and tidy. The role blends customer service with behind‑the‑scenes stock management to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Continuously replenish products, especially essentials and fresh food, maintaining high standards of stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the store team (“Swarm”) to support daily operations, store cleanliness, and organization.
• Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Work flexible hours between 4:30 pm and 6:30 am as scheduled.
