About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. This role offers flexible hours between Tuesday and Friday, with shifts from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Provide champion customer service by being visible on the shop floor, assisting shoppers, and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Maintain store accuracy through inventory checks, stock verification, and regular price‑integrity routines.
• Process deliveries efficiently and support store presentation by keeping aisles clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve store objectives.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards, report hazards, and follow company policies.
