About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. You will work on the shop floor, providing personalised assistance and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver champion customer service by engaging shoppers, answering queries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Maintain store accuracy through inventory checks, stock verification and regular stocktakes.
• Process deliveries efficiently and ensure the store presentation remains clean, organised and attractive.
• Collaborate with team members to “swarm” and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards, report hazards and follow company policies.
