Reservations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Specialist to join RealNZ in Queenstown. In this role you will be the friendly voice behind the scenes, helping guests and trade partners book our iconic New Zealand experiences. You will combine excellent communication with sales focus to ensure every interaction reflects RealNZ hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from guests and partners, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Create, modify and confirm bookings using our sales platform.
• Drive sales by promoting additional experiences and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to resolve any booking issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or booking support within the tourism industry.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Strong numerical competency and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Commitment to delivering impeccable customer service.
