Reservation Agent

About the role

As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and helping maximise the hotel’s revenue. You will work closely with the Commercial, Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
• Process reservations accurately using systems such as OnQ, Delphi FDC and The Lobby.
• Maintain data integrity and support occasional front‑office duties.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIPs, loyalty members, corporate clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Groups and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively sell rooms and services to maximise revenue.
• Respond to guest feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities; able to multitask under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; prior hospitality experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (OnQ, Delphi FDC, The Lobby).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
