Research and Development Chemist – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Chemist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex chemistry questions. The position is fully remote and allows you to work on your own schedule from the comfort of your home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with challenging chemistry problems and assess the quality of their responses.
- Measure AI model performance, correctness, and logical consistency.
- Identify gaps in model knowledge and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data and evaluation metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD in chemistry or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts.
