Rental Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Rental Operations Coordinator to join our Rental Team at New Zealand’s largest truck and trailer rental business. In this role you will help keep our customers’ operations running smoothly by managing the day‑to‑day flow of rental trucks and trailers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rental bookings, ensuring the right vehicle is allocated to each customer.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet availability, usage and returns.
• Liaise with customers to confirm requirements, arrange deliveries and handle any issues.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule servicing and inspections.
• Process rental agreements, invoices and related documentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as utilisation rates and on‑time delivery.
