Remote Sales Representative – Cybersecurity & AI Consulting

About the role

Ctrl, Alt, Defend is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Representative to drive growth of its cybersecurity and AI consulting services. You will work with a diverse client base across regulated industries, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and build a pipeline of B2B leads using structured sales processes.
• Conduct discovery calls, present service offerings and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to scope projects, develop proposals and support demos or workshops.
• Nurture existing client relationships and represent the firm at virtual events and webinars.
• Provide market feedback to help refine offerings and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS or technology consulting.
• Ability to prospect, qualify and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and AI concepts and a willingness to stay current on industry trends.
• Comfortable working fully remote with strong time‑management and self‑motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
