We are seeking an experienced Remote Professional Development Consultant to join our growing international organisation. This independent‑contractor position offers flexible, self‑directed work, allowing you to apply your communication, relationship‑building and leadership skills while supporting clients on their growth journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients using structured communication frameworks.
• Support marketing and lead‑generation activities through established digital systems.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess alignment and suitability.
• Manage follow‑up activities and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Operate within proven processes while maintaining high personal accountability.

Required profile

• Professional experience in leadership, management, consulting, education, sales, recruitment, client service, business development or marketing.
• Strong communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimum 20 hours per week.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Not a student, recent graduate, or entry‑level applicant.
