Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

You will manage a dynamic portfolio of corporate customers, delivering tailored banking and financial solutions that align with each client’s industry, challenges and goals. The role requires strict adherence to compliance, AML and CCCFA regulations while supporting customers to achieve their business and financial ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of valuable corporate customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to provide personalised banking solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice.
• Collaborate with a Relationship Associate, Customer Support team and product specialists to execute deals.

Required profile

• Strong business/corporate lending experience.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound knowledge of product pricing, credit and compliance.
• Growth mindset with ambition to develop a corporate banking career.
• Highly developed business insight and acumen.
• Strong understanding of the corporate business sector.
• Prior exposure or market links to one or more industry sectors.
