Relationship Associate – Agri

About the role

The Relationship Associate – Agri will support Relationship Managers in delivering seamless banking experiences to agricultural customers across Commercial and Small Business segments. This permanent position offers the chance to develop credit and relationship management skills, with potential delegation of credit approvals after 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand their business needs and ensure they feel valued.
• Analyse customer portfolios to identify size, objectives, challenges and value propositions.
• Maintain a small client portfolio as directed by senior management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Senior Managers and product partners to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction by managing interactions thoughtfully and delivering value‑added insights.
• Use customer feedback to improve experience and support business retention.
• Take proactive steps in self‑development and maintain a positive professional attitude.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer requirements.
• Interest in agriculture and commercial banking sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
