Registered Nurse – Night Shift

About the role

Join George Manning Lifecare & Village as a full‑time Registered Nurse on night shifts, providing high‑quality care to residents in an 88‑bed care home and village setting. You will work in a supportive, culturally diverse environment focused on empathy and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings accurately.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of registered nursing experience in aged care within New Zealand.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
