Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

Join George Manning Lifecare & Village as a full‑time Registered Nurse working night shifts in a vibrant 88‑bed care home and hospital. You will help deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to residents while leading a dedicated team of caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of caregivers to maintain excellent care standards.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans for each resident.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of New Zealand aged‑care experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and health‑and‑safety compliance.
