Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele – Night Shift

About the role
BayCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med Surg Tele unit on the night shift. The RN will provide direct patient care, apply the nursing process, and uphold clinical standards while working from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain professional accountability and seek opportunities for development.
- Promote evidence‑based clinical practices that reflect a commitment to excellence.
Required profile
- Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to work nights, every other weekend, with no remote work.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, if required by the department.
