About the role
Join Stillwater Lifecare & Village in sunny Nelson as a full‑time Registered Nurse. You will work in a modern 69‑bed care home and a 43‑unit village, providing high‑quality, compassionate care to aged‑care residents.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to ensure high‑standard care.
- Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
- Carry out clinical assessments for residents.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
- Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) in good standing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Genuine passion for helping people with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Team spirit, empathy and a drive to make a difference.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and health‑and‑safety procedures.
