About the role
Join Broadview Lifecare in Whanganui as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. This full‑time, permanent position offers a variety of shift options (AM, PM, night and weekend) within an 85‑bed care home and hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to provide high‑quality care.
- Develop and monitor individual care plans for residents.
- Carry out clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
- Support clinical services and care home managers in daily operations.
Required profile
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or overseas with a valid APC.
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in aged‑care or similar settings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Genuine passion for caring for older adults and a collaborative team spirit.
