About the role

Join Brookhaven Retirement Village, part of Heritage Lifecare, as a Registered Nurse in Christchurch. You will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to aged‑care residents, supporting their wellbeing in a warm, family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver excellent resident care.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current APC registration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with empathy and a drive to improve resident outcomes.
