Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Henderson. In this role you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes, managing medications, monitoring health conditions, and serving as a trusted member of the care team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, health status, and progress.
• Document care activities accurately in patient records.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Travel daily to patient residences, managing your own schedule and caseload.

Required profile

• Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completed a nursing degree meeting state educational standards.
• At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
• Empathetic, reliable, and committed to improving patient outcomes.
